The Croft Installation Process
Croft manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a streamlined transition from the factory floor to your site.
Pre-Site Assessment: The process begins with a detailed site inspection to assess ground surface variations, weather exposure, and any specific logistical challenges (such as access for heavy machinery).
WHS & Compliance: As safety is a primary priority, the installation team provides all necessary SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and Insurance Certificates before any work commences.
Heavy Equipment Integration: The team utilizes specialized plant equipment, including scissor lifts, cranes, and telehandlers, to ensure the structure is erected efficiently and safely.
In-House Crews: Croft does not rely on external subcontractors; they use their own fully ticketed and trained personnel who are intimately familiar with the specific tensioning requirements of fabric structures.
Container Dome Solutions
Croftās container-mounted shelters are designed for both rapid deployment and long-term durability.
Weld-Free Mounting: They offer specialized mounting systems that can be installed without “hot works” (welding). This is ideal for sites where fire risk is high or for hire containers that must be returned undamaged.
Custom Mounting Options: They can mount to the internal side, the external side, or a combination of both, allowing for maximum flexibility in how the space between and inside the containers is used.
Tensioning Systems: Their installation process ensures the fabric cover is perfectly tensioned to prevent “buffeting” in high winds, which is critical for the 10-year warranty they provide.
